Meals, transportataion and lodging are on your own. We have several hotels with a group block.

Childcare is provided for infants - 6 year olds and only offered during the sessions. The cost is $8.00 per session, per child. There will be 5 sessions. If you are planning on using this service, please prepay so that adequate caregivers can be hired.
